Using Mecly

Mecly lets users create, discover and join local events. You are responsible for the information you post, the events you create and your interactions with other people.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Safety rules

Do not use Mecly for illegal activity, harassment, threats, spam, scams, impersonation, unsafe events, harmful content or content that violates another person's rights. We may remove content, restrict features or delete accounts that violate these terms.

User content

You keep ownership of content you post, but you grant Mecly permission to host, display and process that content so the service can operate. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it.

Events and real-world meetings

Mecly does not guarantee the safety, quality or legality of events created by users. Use common sense, meet in public places when appropriate and report suspicious behavior.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
